1. Online Store Terms

3. Made-to-Order Products

KONJO Shop products are made to order. Production begins after an order is submitted.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability
Shipping restrictions
Violation of these Terms

When an order is canceled by KONJO Shop before fulfillment, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. KONJO Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is submitted will apply to that order, except in cases of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Customers agree to provide current and accurate payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

KONJO Shop currently ships within the United States.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before completing their purchase.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Selecting the wrong phone model or size
Ordering the wrong color
Changing your mind
Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items should be reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy, along with the order number and clear photographs.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any associated artwork, branding, or intellectual-property rights.
