Refund policy

Each item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong phone model, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
