All KONJO Shop products are made to order, meaning production begins after an order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Area

KONJO Shop currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items included in your order.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, most orders arrive within approximately 3–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address or provide a replacement.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your order appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.

Packages Marked as Delivered

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
