Which phone models do you offer?
Available models are listed on each product page and vary by design. Select the exact model shown in your phone settings before ordering because phone-case sizes are not interchangeable.
How can I find my phone model?
On iPhone, open Settings → General → About and look for Model Name. On most Samsung phones, open Settings → About phone and look for Model name.
Are the cases protective?
Our Tough cases use a polycarbonate outer shell and a flexible TPU inner lining for everyday protection. The Ethiopian Birr Slim Case uses lightweight flexible TPU for a lower-profile fit. See each product description for its exact construction.
Do the cases support wireless charging?
Yes, the current case styles support standard wireless charging. Tough cases are not MagSafe compatible unless a product page specifically says otherwise.

How much is U.S. shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free.
When will I receive tracking?
Each case is made to order. Tracking is emailed after production is complete and your order ships.
Can I change my phone model after ordering?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because orders move into production, changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
